Customer Service Representative - Operio Group

The Customer Service Representative's key role is to provide support and assistance to internal and external customers by processing orders, providing estimates/quotes, and monitoring part inventories. The CSR is also responsible for maintaining customer information and seeking out new customers through our internal system. They are the liaison between the customer and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries and requests providing excellent customer service to customer through multiple forms of communication (texting, email, landline, cellphone)
  • Responding to incoming request / Provide estimates to customers
  • Processing Sales Orders internally
  • Follow-up with customers that have received estimates, or recently received orders
  • Updating customer database on a daily basis
  • Will be a direct point-of-contact for technicians and/or Outside Sales representative with immediate needs
  • Procuring parts when help is required inside the purchasing department
  • Maintaining shortage list of incoming parts on project
  • Searching for new customers using our CRM system
  • Providing relevant and accurate information of company products by learning and understanding them


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task and shift focus to changing priorities
  • Great verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette in English
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently complete tasks
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Google G-suite
